- Please provide a table, chairs, and protective coverings. We’ll bring all materials and a loot bag for each child to bring home their creations.

- No travel fee within 35 km of the downtown centre; additional distance fees may apply.

The easiest and fastest way to book is online. It guarantees your spot and is simple. You can also call us toll-free at 1‑855‑850‑9686 to book over the phone anytime during our office hours. If you are booking last minute, it's probably your best option because we can validate availability with you right away.
Is There a Minimum or Maximum Number of Guests?
No minimum is required—you can party with just a few guests!
The maximum number of kids varies by party theme. When you start the online booking process, you’ll see the options available based on your group size—making it easy to choose the package that fits your celebration best.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We offer a flexible cancellation policy designed with parents in mind:
- Cancel up to 48 hours before the party for a full refund.
- Reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without any fees.
- For changes made later than these timelines, a 15% cancellation fee applies.

Are There Transportation Fees?
No transportation fees apply if you’re located within 35 km of your main urban area.
Outside these areas, a small fee may apply. We’ll let you know by phone when booking, or after your online booking confirmation. (And don’t worry—you’re covered by our full refund policy if you need to cancel.)
