At Zoum Zoum Party we understand that being a parent is not always an easy task. Organizing a child’s birthday party can also be very complicated! This is why our refund policy is very flexible. For all reservations, you always have up to 48h before your event for a cancellation without penalty. You will then receive a full refund. If your payment was done with a credit card, please allow 3 to 6 days for your refund directly on your card. If upon reservation your payment was done by check, please allow 3 to 6 weeks for your refund.
CHANGE THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT UP TO 24H BEFORE THE PRESENTATION!
Last minute complication? No problem! Should you need to reschedule the date of your presentation with Zoum Zoum Party, you can do so with no penalty up to 24h before the party. We will do our best to reschedule your presentation according to your needs and taking into consideration our availability.
ALWAYS EASY TO MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION. YOU NEED A PACKAGE FOR LESS CHILDREN OR NEED A SMALLER PACKAGE? WE WILL GLADLY REFUND THE DIFFERENCE
It is always possible for you to modify your reservation with Zoum Zoum Party. If you need to change the theme of your party, increase the number of participants or choose new add-ons, it is required that you let of know of your changes at the latest the Monday before your party. If however, you need to change your presentation and opt for a smaller package don’t sweat it, you can let us know even the Friday before your party when we call you to confirm. Also, we will gladly refund your the difference.
