Booking and confirmation
  • Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If our schedule is full, we will contact you within 24 to 48 business hours by phone or SMS.
  • Invitations should be sent out only after the reservation has been confirmed, ideally two days later.
Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your party, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. A $125 non-refundable fee applies, but that amount can be used as a credit toward rescheduling a future Princess or Superhero party.
