It’s OK to Change Your Mind!
We know parenting can be unpredictable and planning a party isn’t always easy. That’s why we keep our refund policy flexible.
At-Home Parties
Refunds

Cancel up to 48 hours before your event → Full refund.

Credit card refunds take 3–6 business days. Refunds can only be done on the same credit card used for the booking.

Some themes have a different policy → Check the theme page for details.
Rescheduling

Change your date up to 24 hours before → No penalty.

We’ll do our best to fit your new date based on availability.

Modifications
-
Fewer kids? Smaller package? → We refund the difference.

Change your theme, increase participants, or add extras → Tell us by 7 to 14 days before your party. (depends on your location)

Switching to a smaller package? → You can do so by Friday before your event.

Important: Theme changes or more kids → Notify us 7 to 14 days before. After that, a $45 fee applies.

Returns

Return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Must be unused, in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

We inspect returns upon arrival.

Approved refunds → Processed on the same credit card used for your purchase.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
