It’s OK to Change Your Mind!

We know parenting can be unpredictable and planning a party isn’t always easy. That’s why we keep our refund policy flexible.


At-Home Parties

Refunds

  • Cancel up to 48 hours before your event → Full refund.

  • Credit card refunds take 3–6 business days. Refunds can only be done on the same credit card used for the booking.

  • Some themes have a different policy → Check the theme page for details.


Rescheduling

  • Change your date up to 24 hours before → No penalty.

  • We’ll do our best to fit your new date based on availability.

  • Some themes have a different policy → See theme page.


Modifications

  • Fewer kids? Smaller package? → We refund the difference.

  • Change your theme, increase participants, or add extras → Tell us by 7 to 14 days before your party. (depends on your location)

  • Switching to a smaller package? → You can do so by Friday before your event.

  • Important: Theme changes or more kids → Notify us 7 to 14 days before. After that, a $45 fee applies.


Products

Returns

  • Return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Must be unused, in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

  • We inspect returns upon arrival.

  • Approved refunds → Processed on the same credit card used for your purchase.

  • Timing depends on your card issuer.


Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged Items

  • Email info@zoumzoumparty.com with your order number and photo.

  • We’ll handle it case-by-case to find the best solution.
