Our expert party host guides the children through a hands-on cupcake-making experience filled with creativity, laughter, and sprinkles of magic. What's Included

• A pastry chef with many years of experience
• 2 hours and 30 minutes packed with fun (including 40 minutes of baking & cooling time)
• 3 sweet cupcakes for each child to make their own
• Basic party is for 6 kids or less (+$70 per extra child)
• All baking tools: whisks, spatulas, bowls, molds, display stand, and piping bags (tools are not left behind)

Description of the At-Home Party

Our cupcake party is divided into fun, easy-to-follow stages to keep the kids engaged from start to finish:

• 2:00 PM – 2:40 PM: Let's Bake! The kids put on their aprons and, guided by our friendly pastry host, mix and prepare the cupcake batter from scratch, measuring, stirring, and pouring.
• 2:40 PM – 3:20 PM: Baking & Cool Down Time While the cupcakes bake and cool, the kids enjoy a short break and free time.
• 3:20 PM – 4:00 PM: Time to Decorate! Each child uses piping bags and colorful decorations to personalize their cupcakes to match the chosen party theme.
• 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Birthday Time! We light the candles, sing "Happy Birthday," and enjoy the sweet treats the children made themselves.

Important Notes

• Available on Sundays
• Please provide a kitchen island or table for the kids to work on, and access to an oven and a microwave
• Please send a few photos of your kitchen in advance so we can plan the setup accordingly
• Travel fees may apply depending on the region (North Vancouver: $105, Coquitlam: $85, Surrey: $105)
• Once your booking is confirmed, watch for a confirmation email; if our schedule is busy, we'll reach out within 24-48 business hours by phone or text
• We recommend waiting a couple of days after booking before sending out invitations
