Important Notes

• Parental assistance is required throughout the animation to help the mascot with certain games, as the mascot has limited visibility
• Our entertainers may not always be able to arrive in costume; this depends on factors such as weather and the event location. If the entertainer arrives in regular clothes, a space to change should be made available
• Once your booking is confirmed, watch for a confirmation email; if our schedule is busy, we'll reach out within 24-48 business hours by phone or text
• We recommend waiting a couple of days after booking before sending out invitations
• Independent production; no affiliation with any studios or rights holders
