You will receive a confirmation email once the reservation is done. If we do NOT have availability, we will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours by phone or text! It is suggested to wait 2 days before sending your invitations :-)

- Our mascot must start on time and will offer you fun-filled activities with the kids!

** Please note that the party hosts may not always arrive in costume. There are many factors to be considered such as temperature and event location. In the case that your party host arrives in street clothes, a secure place must be provided for the party host to change into costume.
