It's OK to change your mind!

At Zoum Zoum Party we understand that being a parent is not always an easy task. Organizing a child’s birthday party can also be very complicated! This is why our refund policies are very flexible. 

 

FOR OUR DIY PARTY BOXES

Returns 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your DIY Party Box must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must be in their original packaging. The items also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package. 

Refunds 

Once we receive your DIY Party Box, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned box. We will immediatly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the items. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your DIY Party Box. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Dammaged DIY material

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@zoumzoumparty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

 

FOR OUR AT-HOME PARTIES

For a refund

For most reservations, you always have up to 48h before your event for a cancellation without penalty. You will then receive a full refund. If your payment was done with a credit card, please allow 3 to 6 days for your refund directly on your card.

Some of our party themes have a different cancelation policy. Please refer to the party theme's description page. At the bottom of the description, you may read any exceptions to this cancelation policy.

To change your date

Last minute complication? No problem! Should you need to reschedule the date of your presentation with Zoum Zoum Party, you can do so with no penalty up to 24h before the party. We will do our best to reschedule your presentation according to your needs while taking into consideration our availability.

Some of our party themes have a different postponing policy. Please refer to the party theme's description page. At the bottom of the description, you may read any exceptions to this postponing policy.

 

Always easy to modify your reservation


You need a package for less children or need a smaller package? We will gladly refund the difference. 

It is always possible for you to modify your reservation with Zoum Zoum Party. If you need to change the theme of your party, increase the number of participants or choose new add-ons, it is required that you let us know of your changes at the latest the Sunday before your party. If however, you need to change your presentation and opt for a smaller package don’t sweat it, you can let us know even the Friday before your party when we call you to confirm. Also, we will gladly refund you the difference. 

*** Please note that to increase your number of kids or change the theme of your package, you have up to 7 days prior to your party to let us know of your needs. Changing will be possible beyond the date limit, however, a fee of 25$ will be charged. 

 

FOR OUR PARTY PLACES PACKAGES

For a refund

When you purchase a package for one of our party places providers, you can always get a full refund of your purchase considering you have not yet made a reservation with the party place provider. We will have to validate with our party place provider if you have undertaken a booking. If NO BOOKING was made, we will gladly refund your entire purchase!  

If A BOOKING was made, we will have to respect the party place provider's cancellation policy. If a cancellation fee and/or non-refundable deposit needs to be paid, the amount will be deducted from the value of your gift certificate and the balance will be refunded to you. 

(Note: Please ensure to check the cancellation policy for each party place provider BEFORE booking. You will find the policy at the bottom of their descriptive page). 

To change package

When purchasing a party package for one of our party places, it is possible to change which party place you would like to book with. In this case, your purchase acts as a gift certificate for another package of your choice of the same amount.

If a booking was made with the initial party place provider, we will have to respect their cancellation policy. If a cancellation fee and/or non-refundable deposit needs to be paid, the amount will be deducted from the value of your gift certificate and adjusted accordingly.
